There is a peanut butter cake with pb frosting that has marshmallows in it. It's one of those sheet cakes that shows up at family potlucks and places like that. The recipe was in the latest Farmer's Almanac.
Got your ping. I think you would change the texture of your cake by not adding the oil. You can always do applesauce (if you are trying to reduce fat) and make a PB/Chocolate frosting. Just last week, I stirred cream cheese and pb into fudge frosting. Deeeeelish!
